The tag stuck in the pot with the brug says

So, do I have the real thing or not???? The plant looks exactly like the picture on the tag.

Anna, hope you have your running shoes on and gas in the car. Sounds like you will have no problem helping people get a brug that they have been wanting for some time. Great price!!

Here is the tag that was with the plant. It scanned pretty true to color.

Anna: Just be very careful, as something too good to be true, usually isn't! It is selling for $25.00+ (large shipping charges) everyplace else. Do not wish to rain on everyones' parade, but.......go slow.

I will still come through with my money, no matter what it turns out to be, if it is any variegated Brug/Datura, it is certainly worth $4.99+.

The girl at the greenhouse told me that they purchased the plugs and grew the plants themselves there. She said they are a licensed greenhouse, which is why they were able to get them. Also, she assured me that they were NOT grown from cuttings. (throwing up my hands in dismay here.........) I hope I am not going to disappoint people and you will think ill of me........... :>(

That is why I wrote the "little" warning, just in case it isn't the real thing. I, for one would not be angry, like I said, any variegated brug/dat is worth that much.

Bet if they got them as plugs, they are TC and the real McCoy. You all are very lucky to get them at this price.

Hi Gloria, I am glad to hear that! I think Susie's is doing real good too. Alice's is beautiful! Maybe it won't be long before they bloom. Shirley's lived, I haven't heard if Terry's made it. I hate that Kyle's died. You should see all my babies putting on new growth, at 6" Tiara had a bloom! It looked so funny. L'amour is two foot, and has two blooms on it with many more to come. Rosabelle has buds! I am happy! Which reminds me I need to go put on the insecticide, I am leaving Scott with strict instructions, for watering and feeding while I am gone!

Tracey, since mine is outside now, it is looking a lot better and starting to grow. My winter conditions were not the best for growing brugs. I'm so happy that it is doing okay now. Thank you so much for sending me this beautiful brug.
