Introducing pets to a new baby

Hi! As many of you know, Tim and I are expecting a new baby (our first) any time now. Does anyone have any ideas to make the transition easier on our pets? We have two big goofy dogs and a cat who are used to being the center of our attention. So far we have set up all of the baby stuff so they get used to seeing it and we have practiced "loving on" a baby doll every now and then so they get used to seeing us "love on" someone else. Any other ideas? Thanks!
