Need cassarole recipes

Hi! As many of you know, Tim and I are expecting our first baby to be born any time now. We are looking for easy to make cassarole recipes to put in the freezer so that we have a few easy meals once the baby is born. Does anyone have any favorites they wish to share? We truly appreciate it!
