Sad for the "other" people who were not able to purchase this little slice of Tennesse Heaven, but good for us! If all goes well, we close on June 6th! Still a year off from building on it - but guess what - someone already wants to rent mowing rights on it! ... ok, I'm trying to stay calm... especially since work is not going very well at this moment and the *&#(*& laptops are not backing up across the network like they should be! My tech supt person is up in the air on a plane, and I have to be patient and wait for them to come back down to earth before I can get some help :-( Ah, well, c'est la vie ...
