Good news for Buddy

My friend Angie's brother is going to take Buddy! He lives in Illinois, over near St. Louis, and has a beagle already.

At first, when we learned he'd keep him tied out with his other beagle, we balked; we really wanted him to be in a fenced-in yard, but loose and able to cuddle and play with another dog. We knew he'd give Buddy a great home, but it was important to us those two criteria were met, just knowing Buddy's personality.

We told Angie this last week, and she called this morning to tell us her brother is going to build a kennel and run for the dogs! He was telling her all about it, and is really excited about getting Buddy!

Looks like she and I will probably take a road trip with all three dogs and visit her brother sometime. :)
