Is this where I talk about the plants that I have to haul inside for the winter? I'm in the PNW so that includes most of my Passifloras, Brugs,Daturas,and tropical Hibiscus.

If most of these plants grow outdoors all year round in Southern California (a temperate climate), does that not make them tropicals anymore?
