Low-carb bread/bun recipes?

My pastor's on a low-carb diet and is paying a mint for the low-carb sandwich buns from health food stores and online vendors. I told him I'd look up some good recipes and see if we could save him some money that way. Any good recipes? I'm having a tough time finding them. Thanks in advance! :)
