A preview of beauty-

Medford, NJ(Zone 6b)

Okay, you laugh now but soon this will be a show stopper! I have faith. This is my 'borrowed' garden space. Part common area, part neighbors lawn = Kristi's over flow garden.
It might not look like much, but I have TONS of brugmansias planted in there. Seedlings, cuttings, named plants. It's in there. With room for more.
I also planted extra perennials and shrubs, plus a small vegtable garden.
It took about two weeks to get it weeded and cleaned up. It's FULL of sandburs (OUCH) Mulch will be delievered this week to keep the burs from germinating and retain moisture.
I've also used those water crystals for all the brugs. My only source of water will be carrying jugs.
Will update pictures when it starts to look like something other then a vacant lot *grin*

Here is another view- the space is very large, with room to expand.

Bet it will be beautiful when it is all grown up. I'd be purchasing more water hose rather than carry jugs of water. Can't wait to see the after pictures.

The lot is actually three houses down from mine- across the street. A water hose won't work! Maybe the neighbors will feel sorry for me and let me use their hose on occasion? It may get ugly, when it get's really hot. But right now I'm okay. I've stock piled about 25 gallons in the bushes. Been collecting empty milk jugs. Everytime I go there I take a few more gallons with me. I'm really hoping the water crystals will help.
The bulk of the brugs in there will be seeds I've been growing or cuttings of seedlings folks on here have sent me. This way I can grow large amounts without taking up to much room at my house.
Somehow over the winter the brug bug bit me really hard. I think I'm a lost cause now. LOL...
Gloria, your to sweet!
