Maya is blooming at about 2 1/2 feet.Is the flower always going to be this color?

Is it best to pollinate Her or use her pollen on another one?

Mine was a great pod parent even tho I didn't pollinate any of the blooms. I didn't use the pollen from her either. Nice blooms.
