violets for postage

south central, WI(Zone 5a)

Have regular purple violets and white with blue flag. I like them as ground cover, but need to take them out of the lawn. Will include a plant or two of the pastel periwinkle colored ones. I plant these separately and they seem to come true from seed (but then, what do I know-Mother Nature just does her thing). If interested, just let me know soon-before the lawn mower gets started. Right now, I can sort by color. Have enough for maybe 3 or 4 2# trades.

MARCIAG: If you have an extra periwinkle-colored violet, I would be interested. I love the wild-type violets that seem to pop up like weeds. If you do have an extra, please let me know how to send the $$ needed to you. Thanks! -- JEAN

Hi Marcia, If these act like a ground cover, I'm thinking they would be pretty around my columbine. Please let me know what might be available.

Thanks - Teisha
