My darling dog Emma found something rotten in the yard to roll in (I think one of those foul smelling fly catcher traps broke open) and now she is beyond stinky! I got her into the tub after an hour, (I didn't want to touch her and she took advantage of it to show me her favorite " U-can't get me!" moves) and scrubbed her body really well, so that part of her is now only mildly reeking, but her face and head are still enough to fumigate the whole town.... how do I get the stink off without drowning her or harming her eyes / ears? I want to give her her usual kisses, but no way with her smelling like a maggot convention! I'm not sure about tomato juice, is it just for skunk? will it hurt her eyes? anyone have any magical tricks I can use?
