Roron worm virus

I just had the Roron worm virus show up on my computer. My AV found it really quickly and got rid of it. I'm completely puzzled as to how I got it. I have opened NO exe files, I don't have Kazaa. I was on the website "XP A to Z", on the OE page and the virus showed up on my Temporary Internet Files for that page. Has anyone else had it?
