purple speckles

on my ficus lyrata.
whats up with that?
its growing ok,but these speckles just dont look good.
like a disease,fungus maybe?

This often happens on new lyrata leaves. They eventually loose the spots as they turn a darker shade of green.

i think youll be ok iris,ive seen them growing in the ground here,sheltered by a building.
we hover around freezing certain times of year.
yours will be fine.
