What kind of liner?

I'm re-doing my pond and wondered what liners were the best & which ones to avoid. I saw some stuff on the net about Reinforced Polyethylene, seems to be pretty good.

The reinforced Poly seems to be a pretty good liner and from what I have heard it is pretty easy to install too. I have used the rubber EPDM which is pretty heavy but a really good liner too. A lot of people use the preformed liners but I feel that that limits their size and and shape of the pond too much and the most frequent thing that people complain about (to me) is that they made their pond too small.
