boy, tell me how frustrating it was not to be able to get on to DG yesterday.....
I got the ketostix yesterday, and tried one, I was dissapointed that it didnt turn purple :(
but then I went back and read part of the book and it says that you will get results after 5 days. so...I think tonight i will have btter results
have been really sticking to the low carb....
skipped breakfast this morning, might hav some cheese.
