Boy do I need help!!! All of a sudden last nite I started getting error messages & freezing. The one I get now is as follows: Mail server responded aack, child crashed Please enter a new password.
Then it freezes my puter. I did a search on "aack, child crashed & found nothing I understood except it seems like no one knows how to fix it. Not even a reinstall will fix it from what I see. I called the tech for my server & they have no idea what to do. I like NS & hate to have to stop using it. I don't like the favorites of IE. I can't ask the one who built my puter as he said he didn't like NS & wouldn't help with it since it has been so long since he used it.
Can anyone help? I installed Incredimail at the recomendation of the tech & can't seem to quite figure it out :(
