That colour combo in incredible. Have never seen anything quite like it. I am used to seeing the wild ones in the field that are yellow. Very nice.

The sign (and probably the plant) is from Annie's Annuals in Richmond, CA. Here is a link to that plant http://www.anniesannuals.com/signs/l/linaria_reticulata_F.htm and her alphabetic listing of available plants http://www.anniesannuals.com/signs/list.htm . I am fortunate (or unfortunate to my wallet) enough to live nearby and shop direct at her outlet. I found seeds listed at http://www.secretseeds.com/acatalog/index2.html?http%3A//www.secretseeds.com/acatalog/Linaria.html&CatalogBody (UK) and possibly seasonally at Sheffield's http://www.sheffields.com

Yes, it is from Annies, George4tax. I have not made my trip to her place yet this year. Do you shop at Regan's alot? They have a huge selection from Annies. That is my favorite nursery to browse though their prices are sadly ridiculous. Did you find Annie's prices less expensive at her place then her plants at the nurseries?

Here is the other pic I took of this flower and I also gave Annie's link.

At Annie's the perenials are $4 and the annuals $3. So they really aren't cheaper, but there is a larger variety and you get 1st dibs on the new ones.
