I love this plant. It has a great fragrance that you can smell throughout the house.I wish I could bottle the fragrance of this one and Butterfly.
Maya
Now you're talking!! One of my favorites. Great grower, bloomer, and like you said, smells great. Love your pictures.
Maya is one of the best Brugs. Yours is looking very well.
Snow, thank´s for sharing.
Well I'm sure glad I've got some blooms in the GH because I don't know if I'll ever get them planted outside this summer. I just looked out the door and we have about 2 inches of snow and it's still coming down. :(
oh Terry, I just posted somewhere else about that. so sorry :( want me to start looking for land for you and all your clan?
Geez Terry. Your winters are so long, I don't know how you do it. I'd be pulling my hair out wanting to be outside planting. One good thing about snow at this time of the year, it won't last long once it quits snowing.
So sorry,
but must tell you: April is a cold time here, too. In gh and inside I am very busy but outside is still no brug, musa or other tropicals. We must wait..for better weather.
pssst? snowhermit--if you'll send me a bloom from that Maya--Ill send you a ziplock baggie full of warm sunshine? very pretty:) cheryl
Cheryl, How about two bags for two blooms? LOL
tiG, Don't tempt me. It won't take much. The snow was very light today and nothing was sticking. Tonight it's really coming down and everything is white again. It won't last long though.
Sure hope spring comes soon, Snow. We are having freeze warnings. Carried everything inside last night, only got to 35, so am NOT doing it again tonight. Supposed to get to 33. Keep doing this for a week, the night I don't carry it all inside, watch them get frozen. Seems winter just doesn't want to quit.
Your Maya is beautiful.. I do not have one. Mine is P. & Cream.

snowhermit, Your Maya is just beautiful! I'm going to give this one a try as if P&C gets one ray of our afternoon sun the variegation burns, I do not even want to try snowbank down here.. : ) The variegation in this one looks just right and those big lovely flowers and fragrance to boot.
Thank you for a look in your GH ,
John
