Pretty Bug_girl! How has this one done for you?

San Francisco, CA

These are doing very well, but it took a long time to get them to develop to the blooming point, I planted them last winter. I found that the best color occurs just as the plant opens the flower, and then fades as the days go by to a more dull color. There are in front of the house in an eastern exposure, so they get only morning sun which is what they need. Here is another view of it.

Bug_girl, your shots of the Icelandic Poppy are really pretty. I haven't grown Wonderland. I have 20 or so small Iceland P. Party Fun, that I must get planted out in the garden very soon. They resent transplanting, now are in 6 packs, so if I get them in the ground soon should do well. I've grown them other years, and if happy they will reseed themselves. Donna

Yes, I did get one reseed last year, but I do a lot of soil turning for weeds, and it seems to kill off volunteers, but I have so many weeds!

These are actually from a six pack, as well, but last year, I grew the thompson and morgan from seed. Here is a photo.
For some reason it did not appear.

The picture looks like it was lost when the server failed; maybe you could upload it again and ask the administrators to remove the "broken" one.
