I wish everyone a wonderful Easter with family and friends.

We have a candy store here that makes hollow easter eggs and fills them with the candy of your choice. They are so cool. Wasn't a big deal to go there and get eggs for the grandkids when there were only a couple of them. Now, it would cost me $150 to get six of them. They are so pretty, you wouldn't want to crack them and eat them.

The same to you, Cheryl. Lene is re-designing our Brug garden, so today I provided her with a lot of cypressus cuttings to play with for her hedge-system design.

Happy Easter to all of you too. I'll just be sitting here with Jim all by our lonesome with no family around. I made the kids some baskets with candy and they'll get those tomorrow when I pick them up for the day. Got my son a dreamcatcher kit to make and my daughter some little dolls :o)

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

gee Brugie, I hope mine is in the mail!

We are meeting our son's GF for the first time. I had started putting together a big Easter basket for them but then got sidestracked. I need to get it going. Will be taking lots of pictures for my parents on the East coast. My dad just loves my son, he thinks he takes after him. He wants to see his GF. Young love, I remember it well.

Have fun everyone!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Flowox, We had Lenes boys down yesterday and had a real great day and evening, but today we sit alone too. Tomorrow Lenes ex-DH come down and have dinner. Henrik and I made real good friends the first time we met. Here he is sitting among all the Brugs with Snui.

very nice picture and I'm glad you guys can get along that well. My exDH and I don't see eye-to-eye at all.

Happy Easter to all.

Jim brought me home a surprise today. A lady where he works made white and pink chocolate tulip lollipops and chocolate butterfly lollipops and put it all in an arrangement in a really cute little flower pot. I'll have to take a picture. I was so surprised because he's not one to buy me gifts on holidays.........LOL

Have a great Easter, all...........We're going to my mom's for dinner. She has the whole gang up. I'm making a cheesecake. Lo-cal, of course. Only takes 3 1/2 pounds of cream cheese, 5 eggs, and 1 cup of sour cream, for starters........Ummmmm. Will have strawberries, red raspberries, and some fudge sauce for toppers. Might have to have 3 pieces so I can see which topping is best! LOL

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

thanks for the wishes, plays. My 2 grandsons are here from Ohio and we'll be doing egg things all day. They're good kids.

Anna, that cheesecake simply makes me drool *lol*

Monroe, WI(Zone 4b)

Tonny, want me to post the recipe, or send it to you privately??? NOt like it's a secret, I got it from Martha Stewart's TV program, the ONLY time I ever watched it!! We were in Cancun, and when they gave the recipe the only thing I had handy to write it down on was the back cover of the paperback book I was reading at the time! Doesn't call for a bottom crust, but I am going to make one using shortbread cookie crumbs and melted butter. A true dairy delight, eh??? :>)

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Anna, I'd love to have your recipe. How about on the recipe forum. I'll bet lots of people would love to have it.

Brugvalley, Germany(Zone 7b)

Happy Easter to all.
