Gonna put these in tropical cause they are hardy in Zones 8-10; however, they keep coming back and multiplying here in zone 6. I created a special page on my web to display their growth.

Candee's Rare Dracs
I enjoyed your photos. I will keep looking to see how they grow. I was unable to germinate any of the seeds you sent me this fall. Oh well, perhaps when you next offer them...
Candee, Is there a trick to germinating the seeds. I'm afraid mine didn't germinate either.
Those are nice healthy looking plants. Can't wait to see them flower again this year.
Boy ,I know it sounds dumb but I'm soooo glad no one elses seeds germinated......
I thought it was just
cause I'm rooting and seeding challenged.........LOL
I do know that they need to be planted immediately so perhaps with my waiting to get a list of those interested, etc. together maybe a few days or a week make a difference when harvested.
I think this year I will leave the seeds inside the red/slimy pods and send them out like that so the seeds will be fresher , then you guys can pop them out of the pod. How's that sound, worth a try I guess!
candee i don't know if i said any thing but i got some anorph. seeds from my brother last fall had to scrape them up off the ground even forgot them and left them in the zippy bag for about a week and they started to grow "IN THE BAG". but unfortunately the got dry after i planted them then got cold so i lost them. i think that is what is required to keep them fresh, damp and warm.
Congratulations Candee!
Now, I wonder if your neighbors will be thanking you when they bloom and emit that "unique" smell???
I bought one from Frank's Nursery, planted it in a pot and it still hasen't come up. That was a couple weeks ago. Maybe I should just plant it in the ground instead.
I have one coming up that was dormant in the GH........
Hoping I get a bloom this year.......
