Hello from Georgia!

Hi folks! My name is Carmen and I just found out about this list. I'm a Girl Scout leader of 7 great 9th graders, and 6792 is my troop number. It looks like I'll be spending a lot of time here. I can't believe all of the information there is! I have, in the last year, really become enamored with natives, partly because of our drought here in Georgia (Decatur, near Atlanta). I just love trilliums, jacks, mayapples, etc. Are there any folks here who have a special love for these little guys?

Don't think I'm limited to those type plants, but they are just my latest passion. I'm so glad to be here!

Carmen, I just found this! I was raised in Decatur, grew up off of Glenwood Rd before they built 285. It's great to have you here.
I would love to hear more about your plants, I'm sure I have some around here as we are in the country now.
