Any one interested in Paulownia Tree seeds?

Plano, TX(Zone 8a)

I have some seeds from this past winter from this tree. Is anyone interested in trading?

My Paulownia Tree / empress tree (paulownia tomentosa) / royal paulownia/ foxglove tree is blooming like crazy today. I'll post a picture of it as soon as today's 25 mph winds die down some.

In the meantime, you can get some info on:

Here's a picture of this tree blooming at my house. It sure is pretty with those huge orchid-like blooms.

Here's a picture of the seedling of this tree. It's about 5 inches tall. A seed must have landing in my flower bed and germinated. Now I’ll have to yank this baby. Just don't have the heart to. On second thought, I think I'm going to pot it up and give it away. ;)

Hi Jules...Is that baby growing in the shade? I see the impatiens.Do you still have seed left? If so I would love some of them.Should I email you to get your address if you still have some available? I don't have anything in the way of a trade until this fall since I am new to this wonderful world of Dave's garden...laralyn

Plano, TX(Zone 8a)

Hi laralyn ... yes, that baby is growing in the shade. I guess that's where the best soil was (for the annuals) and it stayed the moistest, so the seed germinated easily there.

I have plenty of seeds (they're tiny, tiny, tiny) so I'll be happy to send you some. Just email your addy and they'll be on their way! No trade necessary.

You being new here, I welcome you to Dave's Garden (DG)... you'll find the kindest, sweetest, most helpful human beings in the world here, sharing their gardening (and otherwise) wisdom with you.

See ya around! :)
