Spring gardens

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

OK all you easterners, this is where you really shine over us in the west. OK, you beat to socks off us in the late fall too. Credit where credit is due.
Have you got any spring gardens to show us? I'd love to be able to post a picture but I have summer/fall gardens.
It's pouring rain here, someone please show me a tulip or something. I'm starting to mould!

Hang in there Liz. Soon it will be beautiful at your place and no rain. I can't post any pictures unless I go to the local nursery and buy some blooming plants. My daffs will bloom next week. Tulips buds are starting to appear. Seems very slow this year.

Hi brugie. Spring is rainy season here, rain starts in Dec and goes to late spring. I don't grow anything that blooms upwards during rain season, they just fill up with water and flop over. The real reason is I hate to plant and dig every year. I know, I'm a wooss

At least Dec. through late spring it isn't coming down snow and ice. Bet your blooming bulbs have been very pretty. Mine aren't even blooming yet. Close, but no payday yet.

Liz, No tulip blooms here yet..mine are just a few inches up..also my daffs..
The only thing I have blooming is the pansies an Violas I bought at the nursery..
I planted some violas in these boots..for a whimsical touch..
