Well, my turn to share. I went to a dietician yesterday and the minute I stepped on the scale and saw my weight I broke out in tears and cried most of the day yesterday. The heaviest I have ever been in my life was 165 and I was devastated at the time and when I stepped on the scale yesterday, it had me at 201. I really felt like dying. After much discussion with the dietician, I have been put on a 175g of carbos a day diet (not easy but I've been doing it since last night) (keep your fingers crossed for me) and she is looking into it to see if my insurance will cover the cost for water aerobic therapy since I can't really do much walking or exercising due to my back. I have received a list of foods and what amount of carbos they have so if anyone else is interested, let me know and I'll share. It's not much different from the Atkins diet but it is a bit more linient on what you can eat and what you can't.
