mutant hyacinth

Woodburn, OR(Zone 8a)

I have a yellow hyacinth which came up this year with a double stem, it's like two stems attached together then at the top they separate into two flower heads. Is this common? I've never seen it before! Is there an actual name for it besides "bizarro"?

Antrim, Northern Ire, United Kingdom(Zone 8b)

Fasciation is the term
