Poorgirl’s Seed Swap
I am going to try my hand at hosting my first seeds swap.
This will be an any thing goes type of swap. Flowers, veggies, herbs, vines, ect.
Rule are easy, all seed packs must have at least 20 seeds, ½ teaspoon if they are very small.
Please label all seed packets with the name of the seeds, You D/G name and email. Add other information that May help. Like Days to Germinate, Sowing Depth.
PLEASE MAIL IN A BUBBLE ENVELOPE, Include a return address with 1.50 in stamps for return postage. Any extra will be return to you. I will use the same envelope to send your seeds back to you that you sent to me.
Please include a inventory list of all the seeds you sent with your D/G Name and Real Name.
Deadline to sign up for Poorgirl’s Seed Swap is Sunday April 13, 2003
Deadline to get seeds to me is Saturday April 26, 2003
I try to have all seeds out by May 3, 2003
You will get an email after you sign up for the swap with all the information you will need..

I think there would have been a far greater response to your generous offer of organizing this swap at another time. It might be a little late for many of us to start seeds by the time they would arrive in May.
If you'd like to try this in the fall after seeds are harvested and in time for winter-sowing, you will be inundated with requests.
