A host of daffodils

Castelnau RB Pyrenée, France(Zone 8a)

When I visited Godinton Park last sunday there naturalised daffodils were flowering their heads off! Lots of different cultivars all vying to be the most beautiful

So although they're not named I thought you might like to see some of the different flowers

They are gorgeous! I planted a bunch of different varieties this year. They have all bloomed well. I am hoping they will spread and I'll have more next year. My favorite are the small flowered jonquils. They just shout Spring, don't they!

Yes, I love the jonquils too - and you can't beat them for scent!!

They seem to be pretty well in blocks of one type at the moment. It would be fascinating to go back in a few years and see what they've been up to. There could well be some very interesting ones
