I was given some water mint seeds, how do I get them going

Sounds like water might be a good place to start...be sure you really WANT a mint before you get it started. Mints have a nasty habit of taking things over pretty quickly. One nice thing is that the foliage smells great as you pull it up or trim the plant :)
