Species ..Up the Bottom!

Coal Center, PA(Zone 6a)

This flower bloomed high enough I got to appreciate it's beauty from a different angle than usual.
Leaves from another brug beside look a bit bad. Either mite damage .. or the alcohol/water/soap
I used to try to kill some mite webs I spotted coming on. New leaves coming back okay, though.
So with that experiment gone bad, I am back to my 'shower' control now. lol
Seems easier on the plants and effective.

Great picture of the inside skirt. I like this brug a lot. Was very disappointed when I had to toss mine a couple of years ago, but I have one again, so I'm back in business and just waiting for warm weather to get it outside and growing.

As usual I am so confused! Alice, does the one you have pictured here, have a distinct dropped skirt? Logee's Species, in their picture, is an elongated dropped skirt. When I bought it from them, it was beautiful but it looked nothing like their picture for it did not have a fully dropped skirt. It looked more like a CDW but fuller in the skirt.

Is yours like this pictures that is Logee's Species?

This is their catalogue picture.
