Beau-ti-ful! Is it fragrant too?

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Larkie, how many days did it take for them to come up? I planted some yesterday. Hope they grow like weeds when the weather warms up. Guess I should say, I hope they grow!!

Brewers, KY(Zone 6b)

Hi Shirley, the flower doesn't have a smell at all. It seems it would smell nice, but nope :(

Camilla, GA(Zone 8a)

Brugie,
Best I remember, about 10 days.

How big is the bloom? How big does the vine run? Very, very nice! Thanks

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Larkie, I can't believe this, but I planted my seeds two days ago and tonight they are coming up. I can see three of them so far. I did soak them over night before planting. I'm amazed.

Camilla, GA(Zone 8a)

Good luck with them..Let me know how fast they are growing..I don't know if it's just me or not, but mine seem to be growing awfully slow.

Sure will keep you updated. I sure hope they grow well and fast would be a plus. Got the seeds from Whatcom seed co. Hope they are what they are supposed to be. Pretty sure they are.

The rubbervine likes warm, humid conditions and they will grow quickly....I have one that is 12-15 feet...they can be pruned into standards. or shrubs as well...some of the hotels use them like that in their landscaping...I prefer the natural look myself. The flowers are awesome!

Thanks Chamma. Do you think it will bloom the first year from seed?
