This ewe has a daughter that is coal black, but this year she had normal colored babies. The dark markings on their bodies will go away but the markings on face, ears and legs will remain for life. The ewe's body color gets lighter every year. She and her lambs were brought back to the barn after a few days in the pasture because her other lamb has pneumonia and is getting treatment.
