hopefully I am writing this in time for a bloom.
I kept it overwinter inside in dry pot. I just dumped it out, thinking surely it was dead. I have a nice big (3-4") healthy tuber that is just putting out a little red sprout.
Now I am almost positive that Evert told me to leave it unpotted until it blooms? and then pot it up?
is that right?

never mind, found it. leave unpotted until it blooms, then pot.
