According to the farmers Almanac!

Medford, NJ(Zone 6b)

We have officially reached 12 hours of daylight! YEAH! YEAH! You guys KNOW I've been counting down. I'm SO excited.

Now maybe spring will get here faster (like my thinking)? I even left a couple brugs outside last night, we had a warm spell. Need them to get the full 12 hours of daylight, LOL.

Happy St. Patricks Day!

((hugs))

Monroe, WI(Zone 4b)

Been really nice the last couple of days here in the tundra zone. I think it was close to 60 yesterday. Nice warm breeze, but "they" are talking could get rain mixed with snow by Friday. *sigh* Endless summer it is not..........yet! I have big plans for my brug display this summer, so all this nice weather is just getting my brain in gear as to what I am going to do. :>)

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

It was beautiful here yesterday. 50º and sunny. I think spring has finaaly sprung.

Hamilton, Canada

I'm thinking so! The temps are really warm here and the snow is melting like crazy. Lets hope we don't get a late snowfall!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Hang on everyone...we could still have some tough weather for another month or more. I remember a couple of years ago, we had great weather for quite a while. I got excited and put one brug in the ground. Well, it got frosted, not once, but twice. Took it a long time to make blooms then. I won't do that again.

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

You just have to love the longer days though. I think if I didn't have the big lights in the GH I would have SADS. And Mexico is definitely OUT this year.

Brugvalley, Germany(Zone 7b)

Happy St.Patricks Day Cristi,

we still have light frost at nights but spring is coming.
Today I worked in the GH, repotted seedlings and took new cuttings from the elder brugs.
I like the legend from St.Patrick...

Dripping Springs, TX

Spring is here! I had my dreaded spring nightmares about snakes and scorpians..yuck!!

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Yesterday was in the 50's. Today it reached 60º.I'm sure hoping this warm weather will stick around. Our nights will still be cold for awhile but I can live with that. :)

Dripping Springs, TX

Snowhermit--I bet you can live with just about any temps as long as you don't have any snow.

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

DR, I'd much rather have the snow. Two months of -15 to -25 temps was getting old real fast. It was too cold to even walk to the mailbox.

Ellicott City, MD(Zone 7a)

This past weekend's temperatures were purrrrfect! Worked outside in the garden doing "spring clean-up". Even planted my cool weather veggie seeds.

I'm also a believer in the Farmer's Almanac! After all, they DID predict that humongous snowstorm last month!!! Just think, one month ago.....thank goodness it finally getting warmer, tree buds are bursting to open, flower bulbs are several inches tall, birds are singing their mating calls, and SPRING IS IN THE AIR! :~)
