Any bloggers out there? Use it with Frontpage?

I use blogger for my weblog and would like to use it in conjunction with MS Frontpage. I'm having a devil of a time figuring out how to do this, however. Frontpage adds all kinds of junky code because of its graphical interface, so I can't really edit my Blogger template in Frontpage.

I'm wondering if I can have my blog appear in a frame within my Frontpage web...Just show the target for that particular frame as my blogger page. I am not a Frontpage genius, that's for sure. Howie knows far more about it than I do, but he doesn't know Blogger and Blogger templates. We need a synthesis! A mind meld! Any ideas?
