A friend has married a man from Guatemala & he wants her to start making the breads of his country. I can find Mexican bread recipes but so far nothing from Guatemala. He says it is a thick heavy bread used mostly for dunking in coffee. He didn't say if it is a sweet bread or not, tho. Can anyone help us out? Thanks.
