Can anybody add any named varieties/cultivars of sanguinea that you know, that are still alive? I know there was a red one, and white and red, etc etc, but I don't think they are still around. Any additions would be helpful! Thanks.
I can think of:
lila rose- pink flower
oro verde- (possibly) variegated
yellow queen- yellow flower
roter vulkan- red flower sang x vulc
mobisu- orange/salmon (???) x flava
sanguinea 'orange'
Different sangs available
Gelber Engel (x flava)
Most sangs from Dutch and Germany ( not many..) dont have names, they are only named red or...

-Lila-Rose is also a hybrid, not a true sang! Although! Even though it seems to posess vulcanicola in it's genetic background, it is sold as x flava probably because many believe Vulcanicola is a subspecies of Sanguinea!
-Last year, Sanguinea 'Whiteflame' was apparently availble from a on-line US nursery! I can't seem to find it on the net anymore though!
-Mobisu is (Arborea x Sanguinea x Arborea)
-'Impossible Dream' (Arborea x (x flava)'Gelber Engel')
Inca Queen and Inca Princess are available in california.One is red/orange I think and the other is yellow.

My Appologies Dennis LOL, I thought Impossible Dream was one of Ludgers many Arborea x Gelber Engel seedlings he had last year!
And sorry if I didn't mention that Engelsglöckchen is the arborea that is Mobisu's mother!

I am new to all this and don't understand the problem. We are here to help each other and put vanity aside. This is ridiculous. Some of you are not showing integrity, which is very important. Hi Dennis, I've just noticed this second that Anne Kirchner-Abel has lots of beautiful Sanguinea, Arborea & Vulcanicola Cultivars and Hybrids for sale in her On-line shop! *drewl* I think it's time I placed an order! :o)))
White Flame is available in California. There used to be a young lad who came online for a short bit of time. He was South American or Mexican and he had White Flame.
