You sure do! Don't you love the way the flowers "glow" blue! Mine seem to be multiplying pretty quickly, how about yours?

I had to flash to get that, I have another one with out the flash in case you want to compare. Mine don't multiply at all, but decrease in number, so this year, I planted a bunch of new ones. That is one of the older ones, I think I bought it at the gorcery store, in the check out line, last year. The others came back and did not bloom yet, just foliage.

Bug Girl,
That second shot is great! You can see the all of the veins and detail in the petals! Do you have any little critters that might be eating your bulbs? We have squirrels that look for the bulbs, but he never seems to look in the right spot!! Yours are Beautiful!

That is my Sony Cyber Shot camera with the macro, I bought it just to take flower close ups. In fact my model is now no longer made. There is a better one now, if you are interested I can find it on the web.

I don't have any squirrel problems, but there is some cat or other critter, that is digging up beds and destroying seedlings and bulbs.

Thank you for the praise.

Nice shots! Mine don't multiply either, they just stay the same, year after year. Here's my first bloomer of the season, this is day three for it.

I bought a mix and thought I'd just "pull" the yellow.... but wouldn't you know, it seems all that has come up is yellow! They've been blooming for 2-3 weeks now, and a few white, but no purple or blue (the colors I wanted!). Will it kill them if I pull them up while they're blooming? I'm going to use that area for something else... how about tulip? Can they be moved while they're blooming or will it kill them?

I think you can move them. I would suggest buying a mix in which it all the color that you like. I also planted those purple and yellow mixed ones, and I found that none of my yellows ever bloomed at all.

I planted the mix last fall, and I was hoping for a mix. I got one yellow, one striped, 2 white and a whole slew of purple ones. I don't know why I expected equal numbers of each, lol.

Stripped sounds pretty. If you order from Brent and Becky's you can have a number of just one certain color that you like. I order two types of lavender with yellow accents, that I thought would blend together. I would look at their online catologue they have the most possible choices, but there are others out there also. I once considered trying some autumn blooming crocuses, but I never got around to doing it.
