FrontPage ?

I have several movies taken on my digital camera and I wanted to put one on my webpage through FrontPage. I know it will take longer to load, but just want to try it.

The problem is this:
My movies are .MOV files and Frontpage says it accepts AVI video. I used the RadTools and converted the MOV file to AVI without incident. But, when I add the AVI file to my webpage you can see it while in the edit, but when I go to preview I get that awful empty box with the red flag thing in the left corner.

Any input appreciated. It's no so much that I have to put a movie on the page, I would just like to know what I am doing wrong.
