Was downloading a file today and it wiped out half of my desktop icons. Plus two word documents I had there also.
Used XP restore and got most of them back except Daves, a Bank and the two word documents. Part 1, 2 & 3 of a book I am doing. Did a search and nothing. Any bright Ideas. I hate to have to do those 100 plus pages from memory. Lucky I backed up part 1 and 2 of the book the rest is on that hard drive somewhere!
