February 15 - Daily Support

Good Morning All! Well, this sure doesn't make sense but I've kept the pound off that I lost this week. And I have had a horrible week of eating. I ate beef at least twice, maybe 3 times. I ate fried foods for the first time this year, and went a tad overboard on the chocolate. I think this is telling me that the exercise and strength training are doing most of the work in loss of weight and body fat. Hang in there Sbarr, we are there for you! Hugs all around!
