hi everyone, I am doing pretty good, but it is tough going. Pebble, I knew your hard work would finally pay off, I hope I can also be successful. On the diet update the slim fast woman lost 18 pounds, more then anyone else, so I guess I was wrong, slim fast does work, but she had more to lose then some of the others, so a dramatic beggining is typical, but at least we know she is not cheating.
