Becca Lynn in Winter zone 6
Your Welcome.
That is gorgeous! I think my cutting of that croaked. I will have to get another later this year.
It certainly is beautiful. I know you must be enjoying those blooms in your greenhouse when it is so cold outside.
Very pretty. I'm sure glad you have brugs blooming so those of us who don't, can still enjoy and hope that spring and summer will bring us some of the same beauty.
Gloria did a very good yob, smile. I like this brug very well.
Alice your pictures a great. Pollinate this one with your (New) Ocre, should be a good cross.
GL
Beautiful Alice. I love this one. It's such a nice solid yellow.
Chele, I will probably have some of this come spring, Lord willing and the cuttings don't die:)
Alice, thanks for sharing once again your beauty's you have blooming now. Gorgeous ! Sure does help with this little mini blizzard we are having right now. Only 1-3" of snow but the wind is howling and snowing is flying all over. Hope you have more coming.
Beautiful Alice. I can't wait for spring to get mine in the ground and grow lots of blooms.
I love yellow flowering Brugmansias. To this, Becca Lynn has a beautifully shaped flower, even in the winter.
Took your advice, Ludger, and crossed Becca Lynn with New Ocre.
Thanks (o:
Good Luck!!! One seed for me...lol.
Good Luck from me too Alice. This is a good cross.
tiG, isn't that "Lord willing and the crick don't rise"?? LOL Man, you got it bad! :) You have been far too generous already and I still owe you! I'll be looking to buy some of the ones I don't have when things warm up. My kids can't even look out their windows. Giggle Too bad for the kids. LOL
Thanks Ludger and Monika.
New Ocre 'hit' Becca Lynn .. and all my other blooming brugs today.
Well, it is Valentines Day in the US. lol
Seems a good time for good crossing ;-)
And a few more brugs to open soon. Look out!
But tomorrow will be crossing with Butterfly when she opens.
If something comes of these crosses, possible some stray seeds will 'escape' to parts unknown (o:
