WOW!!!

Wish mine looked like this. Mine is smaller, and hasn't bloomed after it was bought. Mine is very healthy otherwise though, and the leaves are dark and very pretty.

Yes WOW! I only bought mine a couple of months ago and it just had the one flower spike. I didn't know they could look like this - hope mine does in a couple of years!!!

How old is your plant. I just purchased one and it has 3 spikes with flowers. Hope it looks like yours someday. good luck.

Hi all,
sorry for no image this year, but the plant is still blooming and has made 34 spikes with flowers.
In the past year I've made two other plants from this one and they have made their flower spike (only one but they are also blooming very well...)

I have a ludisia in our greenhouse. I purchased it online about 6 weeks ago. The attached picture show a new leaf turning red. What causes this? I really admire this plant and would like to successfully grow it. The new growth on the main plant also seems to be shriveling. :-(

May I ask what is the soil you have this planted in. Mine had 10 spikes and I was sooooo happy. Your flower is absolutely magnificent. Hope one day that mine will be this beautiful.
