Mijo,
You plant looks good. It must be a Meyer's Lemon by the looks of things. Meyer's grows very quickly. I've had success with Navel Orange, Pink Grapefruit, Jamaican Ugly fruit (cross between a grapefruit and a tangerine, Honey Tangerine, Meyer's Lemon, Clementines. I've just started Pomello grapefruit seeds from China. I'm looking forward to seeing if they will germinate. Some of my plants are now 3 years old and I've trained them as standards rather than the usual bushy shape.

Mitjo,
Thanks, I enjoy the fragrance of the leaves. I just wish I could find some Kaffir Lime seeds. I would love to use the leaves in Asian cooking.

Babs,
Good luck with your red grapefruit. Mine are now going into their 4th year. Repot them up slowly. Another thing you need to do when they outgrow the first 3" pot is to cut the tap root back to encourage lateral branching of the roots. The red grapefruit has wonderfully fragrant leaves...well all citrus do for that matter. You can tell what citrus type they are by the smell of the leaves-lemon smells like lemon etc.

Hi CC,
just getting back again..slowly, ever so slowly getting back into the swing of things. long, long story. My Rottweiler pup was killed my a car and a couple of days later my Godfather passed away. Just coming out of a terrible funk. Still suffering with my knees.
Mitjo,
Rub the leaves with your fingers and you can tell which ones they are...try it.
