need advice on cpap machine

if you use one of these machines maybe you can help me. at first all was well. then the air flow irritated my siunses and made them bleed and swell shut. the dr. put me on a corticoid spray but it has not help. on the nights i can use the machine i rest good but once i get the swelling down and go back to the machine it swells them shut again. i have suffered with sinus trouble all my life. i have tried several differndt mask but they all do the same to me. any suggestions
