I don't know which plant this is but in any case NO SEDUM!!

Crimson, we've had several debates over this sedum :o) I think we finally decided it's true ID is sedum sarmentosum - Gold moss, or Stringy stonecrop. http://plantsdatabase.com/go/1893/ Here is another thread from the ID forum.
However, I think this sedum IS sold incorrectly in the US as sedum acre - lol ... and the debate goes on...

IM GROWING LOTS OF IT IN RAINSVILLE ALABAMA AND ITS DOING GREAT!!
This moss is so hardy that it grew from a 4 square inch planting and is now a sqare 2 feet section within 6 months. It has a very nice lime green tint to it. A very nice ground cover.
