I have lost 11 pounds since January 5, 2003. I did it by eating a sensible 1200-1400 calories a day, riding my exercise bike ten miles/day, and walking for an hour in the halls of the local high school. I'd like to lose another 3-5 pounds to be at my ideal weight and to give myself "picnic room" in the summer.
I can't believe it-- I am usually a weight loss failure. By the end of the first week of dieting, I am usually dreaming about making and eating raw Devil's Food cake batter! LOL
Well, I did it.
