I have been looking for a feeder and decided to check this forum. What a great site! I think I'll order the HummZinger feeder. Looks easy and I think my little guys would like it. Thanks for the link.

Great website Larry. Thanks.
I still do not have hummers. They are three days late. my feeders are cleaned and filled, and yesterday I even bought two baskets of geraniums to hang by the feeders so they would have something red to attract them. My passion flowers and crossvine are dead and cut back. Pleanty of other birds here though.

Hi Roz! LTNS. How are you doing? I haven't seen hummers here lately either but haven't been out looking. My mom says hello.

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

Hey Connie! A big hello to Virginia too! My family thought i was obsessed last year cause I all did was sit and watch the hummers - first time I have ever seen them or anything and they were here in droves every day, and now they have gone and won't come back.

Roz,
They will probably show up on Friday when you all have lunch. Wish I could be there.

Wish you could too! Do you think that it matters that I changed some of the feeders? I got a neat one for Christmas that is made out of a bottle, and then for my anniversary, my daughter gave me two that look like strawberries. But I do still have one that is the same.

Feeders should not make a lot of difference, but I have found for me that they like the four fountain feeder made by perky pet the best. I think that is what you had last yr.

ALL: my hummer report. my little rufous left i believe on Sunday, haven't seen him since sunday morning. he did finally get his orange neck, what a beauty. i'm waiting on the ruby throats to come back now too.
as far as feeders, the perky pet that stick on the window are great for getting good close up looks.
