Okay dog experts- tell me what to do for a snotty nose?

This is in regards to the fosters. They do have snotty noses. They are on antibiotics so HOPEFULLY this will take care of it!? But they seem SO uncomfortable. Any tips on how to deal with this.

I'm calling the shelter in the a.m. to see if I can get them in to see the vet again. Thanks for all your help and support
